• Samantha is the best! She pays attention to every little detail, she takes great pride in her work and makes sure I am 100% happy with the final product. I have noticed a big difference in how uncomfortably rushed Samantha used to be with the time constraints that were given to each appointment. Those old time constraints really affected both her and I negatively. She was rushed and I could feel her stress through how fas she had to move to meet the expectations. In my my humble opinion this was a unrealistic time expectation. I know you guys book appointments back to back (what I mean by back to back for example is let's just say each appointment takes 1.5 hrs long and there are 4 appointments booked in a row, the schedule would read client 1 @1pm, client 2 @2:30pm, client 3 @4pm, client 4 @5:30pm, that would be considered back to back) now with Covid there is extra cleaning that needs to be done in between each client has time been added to either each appointment for that? Or has down time been added in between appointments so they can clean or are the technicians supposed to just use the time allotted for the clients appointment to clean? What about set up time is that factored in? A persons hands can only move so fast. I believe if you want something done well you have to give the technician the appropriate time frame to get it done right. I can feel the difference in how my appointment felt less chaotic and rushed, it was actually relaxing and I was actually worked on the whole time I was supposed to be and Samantha still had the time to clean up and get ready for t
