• Terrie's awesome and I appreciate that you did not penalize me for missing my appt. There was a big layoff announcement and I was distracted. I left a positive review on Yelp.

• All issues are addressed immediately. I had an allergy, and it seemed like you guys really cared about that and took steps to prevent a reaction. Your work has always been superior. You provide blankets during service. Your senior personnel are extremely fast and worth the extra expense. You guys run on schedule, and you are very good about rescheduling well in advance if needed. I like the monthly plan check in and check out is extremely easy. I get the feeling that everybody there likes each other. I also get the feeling that everyone likes the owner. To me all of that is important in a business that I continue to go to.
