• Great lash tech (in training)! Very gentle, professional, skilled. I always love the front desk person too (I'm sorry I forgot her name) but she's very personable and somehow recognizes me when I stop in. The *only* thing I wish was different is I wish each client had a private room, so the experience was more quiet/tranquil. It can get loud in the lobby sometimes and I feel weird thinking everyone else can see me and hear my conversations with my tech. But the staff is always top notch
