• Yesterday I came in with lashes already on from a different place. During my appt they decided to remove the lashes and put on a fresh set, and found that the other place I had gone had completely destroyed the integrity of my lashes and they told me they would not be able to put extensions on because it would cause further damage and there were not enough lashes left. When I opened my eyes and saw myself in the mirror I immediately started holding back tears. My lashes are patchy andof the length they were before I ever got extensions. I couldn't hold back the tears anymore when I got to the front desk to check out. My lash expert Carla and the manager both hugged me and told me everything I was feeling was valid. They offered to write me a letter for the BBB and advised me to contact the studio I had gone to previously for compensation and recommended products that could help me regrow my lashes faster without pressuring me to make any purchases. I am truly grateful for their help and empathy and that they cared enough to put the health of my lashes first. I would never go anywhere else again.
