• Excellent customer service, professional staff, quality lashes, location, "small things" (the receptionist always recognizes me and addresses me by name, offersbeverage), and membership. I have been serviced by two esthetician's and both matched my style and generally accommodated what I asked for. I gave a 9 becausethe scheduling can be a little hectic and limited if you want to maintain consistency with the same stylist. Parking availability is also a double thumbs downfor me.
