• Excellent service by Carla. She is accommodating, professional, efficient, and does excellent work. I also appreciated yesterday's front desk staffs readiness to book me appointments that work with my schedule...as this has been difficult in the past. The lounge is always spotless and an inviting place to spend a couple hours while being serviced. I appreciated all customers are being screened before entry. I gave a 9 instead of a 10 because the parking is horrible and the traffic is also a nuisance. Though this is something Lash Lounge can't change it's certainly something I consider when choosing to go anyplace (ie ease of convenience).
