• I LOVE MERCEDES. She understands my aesthetic. She's able to nail the balance of technical precision and artistry, all personalized for me. Also, I'm not one to typically chat through appointments, but it's so fun, natural and easy with her, I can arrive planning to zone out, and before I know it, my fill is up and we're asking about each other's family members by name. Maybe the way you make adult friends is through lash appointments? 🤷‍♀️ Thank you, Mercedes!!!!

• 1. I felt safe with COVID precautions- although I was surprised that Tiffany wasn't wearing a mask and there was no glass between her and customers. 2. I was seen on time. 3. Monica did a great job and my eyebrows and eyelashes look wonderful and natural.
