• I'd never been to the Lash Lounge before, so a general overview of what the day's service would be like would've been helpful. I also would have liked to be offered a blanket (I eventually asked for one once I heard another patron being offered a blanket). Also wish someone had gone over membership options with me before I was already paying for the services.

• She was very gentle and did a thorough job with my lash extensions. I think there is a necessity of having greater knowledge of services. I like when the professional is more directive. She also could wipe eyes more firmly after cleansing, she's so delicate! But sometimes you can be more firm with it . She was SO sweet and kind though and did a really great job overall. Lashes look very natural and the application feels secure
