Well, the first tech asked me not to talk while she did my lashes. The silence really made the time drag. I like to get to know my tech and am appreciative when they communicate. I understand some people need to concentrate more than usual, however, I am the opposite, so, I didn't feel a connection. I am a multi-tasking extrovert who has been in Customer Service for 40 years, now retired. I'm more sensitive than most customers but respect her particular work ethic. I am extremely happy with my current tech Gabby!! I felt an instant connection. She listened to my concern on my right eye (previously mentioned) and the result was perfect! She let me know what she was doing and gave helpful information with regard to the products I was interested in. I felt welcomed and listened to. Gabby is courteous and her personality is warm, friendly and professional. Always a happy attitude I feel very comfortable and the hour flies by! Thank you!

I was nervous about my first appointment but, Alyssa was great! She told me everything she was doing. I trust her with future services. One minor thing, even with a blanket, it was cold in there. Otherwise, great! Thank you Alyssa!
