Haven't had exceptional customer service in along time. The lady at the front desk is extraordinary; I thanked her for the hand written thank you card. It's been along time since I've gotten a hand written card. The young lady that I had my appointment with was great; truly enjoyed our conversation. I've been other places and haven't been spoken to the whole time. Bless your hands ladies
