Allowing me to schedule a same day service for my eyelash removal. I really appreciated the clear communication via text when booking the service. When I arrived, the lash technician walked me through the removal process and also gave helpful tips on what to request in the future if I decide to get my lashes done again as a beginner. The experience was very informative and appreciated.
