I called and got an appointment the same day! Friendly front desk staff. Kristina, who threaded my brows, was very nice and I loved her attention to detail! Having a bright light for use was also a good idea. Because I have neck issues, I was happy to see that clients lie down instead of sitting in chairs and having to bend their neck back in a risky position. I will be back!

Staff was friendly. Atmosphere was comfortable and inviting. The room was a very comfortable temperature and the music was a great mix of everything. I'm very happy with how well the procedure was explained and how the options were offered. I'm a chatter and Rachel didn't mind. It was a great experience with fabulous results!! 10/10 would recommend.
