• So this is my second time in my life getting lash extensions. I was a little hesitant as the first time I had gotten them they were uncomfortable and we're all falling out within 2 weeks -not just a few literally all of them. So I was worried about spending that kind of money again and having the same thing happen. I was blown away. My lashes look amazing and I can't feel them!!!! Like I don't feel them at all-they are so comfortable. I get so many compliments on how nice and natural they look! I LOVE them😁 Rachel was legit amazing. She made me feel comfortable and we really sat down and came up with a good plan for what I was wanting. She thoroughly went over instructions and care. I left feeling confident and beautiful.

• There's always room for improvement. They staff is very friendly and professional. The facility is clean and tidy. They answering service I'm not to fond of. I think speaking to a person is more appropriate.
