Based on customer service and Nicole did a great job on my lashes and the salon is beautiful. I signed up for the monthly plan to get mine done every 2 weeks. I get discounts and great perks. I enjoyed all of the girls. Glad I found them after going to a different one who completely messed my lashes. Hands down HAPPY!!
