• Very pleased with my new lashes. I got the mascara look and when I return for a fill I will go a little fuller. Didn't want to overdue the first time. They are very natural looking which was what I was going for.

• At first it seems a little sketchy walking up the steps, but once you're in the office it feels comfortable. Not too warm or too cold, and they provide blankets in case of a change. The Lash Loft Ladies are never in a rush, and you really feel like they care. They're patient and take there time to make sure they are perfect. The result is the definition of perfection, I scheduled my fill right when Maggie was done because I loved it so much. They also make sure you know how to care for them.
