• Candi is so professional and always gives me great advice about lash care, which is something I've always asked for other places and never gotten. She really helped me understand (as a pseudo-newbie) when I should be cleaning vs brushing and is so patient working with the few "wonky" real lashes I have that look like they were electrocuted (think LOTS of tedious blow drying into submission). The other thing that is so great about the Lash Loft is that they are very honest about if they think that you should be using a serum or taking a break from lashes (usually the ones you've gotten somewhere else -- not theirs!) and I know I'll never be duped into continuous usage if they think it's going to hurt my scrawny real lashes long-term. Could not recommend more.
