• I had only gotten my lashes done once before at another location and had a horrible experience so I was nervous about getting them done again. I had read amazing reviews about Lah Loft and decided to get them done again. Chikage was AMAZING. She took great care during the removal of the old lashes and putting the new ones on. My lashes were STUNNING. The process was so relaxing. I will definitely come back.

• As soon as I walked into the building it was just an airy clean feeling , I was greated with some water and a choice of mints,Carmel candy and even cheese and peanuts great choices for a short wait I was taken in right away ! My lash tech was Yoko she did such an amazing job on me and made feel so comfortable, she made sure I loved my lashes and got everything I asked for ! I'm 1 day in and I haven't had any lash fallout ! You can tell their quality is amazing ! I totally recommend them!!

• Emma is incredibly fast and efficient at applying both top & bottom lashes. Bottom lashes, by the way, are the ultimate luxury. After having these applied at other salons, I truly appreciate the workmanship of the Lash Loft - bottom lashes require extreme precision and can look messy very easily. A slight tilt of even one lash can throw off the look. Emma completes this task with the upmost precision and I continue to be a loyal customer.

• I've seen Emma for full glamour lashes about 6 times now and she always does a beautiful job. The salon itself is tidy, beautifully done and peaceful (though sometimes the music is a bit too loud for conversation). My lashes always look great and are done in such a way that they really compliment the shape of my eyes. They also stay put really well, as long as I follow the usual precautions. I can't imagine going to anyone else for lashes!
