• I decided to try the lash boutique after quite a few bad experiences at the Lash Bar in Covington. It's been one good experience after another. Jill has always been accommodating when I have had things come up and need to reschedule. I actually forgot about an appointment once and when I called to apologize Jill was understanding and helpful. She was able to book me for the very next day. I most always see Megan, but have seen other girls on occasion. Megan is warm and easy to talk too. I am not the kind of person that opens up to people easily. However, now more than ever I find myself talking to her through every appointment. These girls are awesome and I hope that they are recognized or rewarded in some way for their amazing customer service. I will always recommend the Lash Boutique to others and thank you for always making each visit the best!!
