I actually meant to put a 9. But bc it was awesome customer service, Lauren is the best! My lashes look amazing, fit my eyes really well, and aren't falling out or stabbing my eyes or anything. I only put a 9 bc the cost is hard to keep up on. But the service is a 10!!!

Everyone was super helpful and welcoming! I had my first ever facial and Natalie was amazing; she gave me some great tips on skincare and even found a travel size kit of the items she used (I'm visiting so didn't want big packages lol).
