I think I gave a good score. There have been a few times recently where I have had an excessive amount of lashes fall off (not attached to any of my my lashes) right after getting them done. So I think a nine out of 10 is a good score.

Ri was really careful and thoughtful! I had stopped getting lash tints because they hurt my eyes but I decided to try one more time and Ri was so careful that it didn't hurt at all.
