I chose the 9 because I had originally booked the appointment with Lauren. When I arrived, another technician did my brows and tint. On the services, I would rate that a 10. I just thought it was a little weird that Lauren was not the one doing it like I'd expected nor was there any explanation. Very happy with the results and I will definitely be back. Already told a friend and she is thinking about booking an appointment! Thank you.
