  • I really like coming to see you guys. The only thing that is a dissatisfier is when my lash tech has to leave a couple of times during our session to stand up front and help someone/a customer who can't determine what they want to purchase because there's not anybody at reception. Not at my most recent visit but on 2/15/24 One of the other lash techs had already been up there trying to help him, but he was taking too long so my tech went up to trade places & help; finally the man chose something to buy. I know my Lash tech handled his credit card, & typed on the keyboard to put in his email address to send him a copy of his receipt-I heard it all while I was waiting. I had to remind the Lash tech to please sanitize her hands. I know you guys make a big deal about going to wash your hands at the beginning of the visit but when there are interruptions like this, there have been times before where people have left in the middle of doing my lashes and have not washed their hands not having someone at reception increases the odds of this.
