  • Front desk help, clarity of membership options displayed on desk, cleanliness. Can I mention that I liked the mason jars more than the plastic mugs for tea? Also I wonder about the plastic plants? They seem somewhat counter to Lab's aesthetic and philosophy. Otherwise, I very much enjoyed my visit and thank you. It felt like ai was returning home after a long absence.
