Because I was very concerned to come in during this time of covid issues. My daughter bought the visit to your spa as a Christmas gift last year. Then covid hit and everything shut down. So i thought I better schedule an appointment before next year. Like I said I was a bit concerned about going for a facial but the minute I came into the spa everyone was gracious and welcoming. Nicki was informative ,through, gentle and concerned about my well being. Showed me products at the end of my session and explained the benefits. I ended up buying the vitamin C Serum which I think will help with my dry skin. Everyone was super helpful and friendly.
