Lori gave an excellent massage and I can’t wait to go back for another. The only reason I couldn’t give the experience a 10 is bc at checkout we had a hiccup. I had received an email saying that if I booked this particular day, I would get 10% off, so that’s what I did. The email also stated that I needed to show the email to get the discount. So after my massage, when I came to the checkout window, I attempted to tell the receptionist, but was told “just a minute please.” So I waited. When I saw her open my folder to enter the gift certificate information, I tried to tell her again, but was again told “just a moment please.” When she told me what I owed, I asked about the discount and she said it was too late. So I ended up having to pay more than I had budgeted for. She was polite, but had I been able to say what I was trying to, this wouldn’t have happened. Or if it showed on the system that I booked through the discount email, that might be helpful. I’ll know to speak up anyway next time.Amanda D.

Lori was amazing. She listened to what areas I wanted her to work on and she exceeded what I was expecting. It was the most relaxing massage I have had. I will definitely go back and see her and look forward to doing the salt cave as well.Josh A.
