• Jackie was friendly, welcoming, and had a great smile. She was funny and genuinely kind. You have a gem with her at the front desk! My masseuse (Catherine? I am so sorry I forgot her name) was great! She communicated well, let me set the tone of how much convo vs silence during the massage, and kindly accommodated my autoimmune needs by masking (even though we both are vaccinated). I really appreciated that -- I felt safe and seen as a person trying to 'return to normal'.
