• It was my first massage. The experience was wonderful and the therapist provided great information prior to the massage and welcomed feedback. I didn't have to request Amy adjustments to her technique and I felt really good afterwards.

• Candace was great. Her ability to find the muscle "knots" and loosen them is fantastic. I've also been able to look further back over each shoulder is the farthest I've been able to look in years.
