• Customer service. I might have been able to enjoy a salt cave somewhere else, but no way would I have gotten such an amazing person to greet me & talk me thru the process/experience. Just perfect. I did love the cave itself, it's beautiful & calming, but it's so rare to be greeted by a smiling face. I've already started spreading the word.
