• I was able to lift my arm further this morning; however, I ended up with a migraine last night due to the work on my neck and my shoulder is quite sore in places today. I'm pleased right now with the movement of my arm. (The migraine doesn't totally surprise me since this the scalene muscles are a troublesome area for me. I'm sure I need additional help with this.)
