• William is extremely knowledgeable and each time I come in with a new issue, he actively listens to my concerns and is always very thorough. When I leave I feel like I've been to a physical therapist, a masseuse, and a luxury spa at the same time! An incredible combo for my needs!

• Very friendly on the phone. Welcoming when we arrived and allowed for a very nice relaxation in the salt cave. Gave a 9 but Didn't give a 10 bc the music would go from relaxing to not then a commercial here and there.
