• Excellent massage therapist, on time, very pleasant atmosphere. A cup of herbal tea instead of a bottle of freezing water would have been a 10 instead of a 9.

• The massage was great. No complaints about Candace. But when I scheduled the appointment I was told I would receive a $20 discount even though I had last been there in 2019, as if I were a first timer. I didn't ask for the discount, it was offered to me. I didn't want to make a fuss with the receptionist on duty so paid the full $100. It would be nice if notes were made with the appointment info so communication was consistent. I do intend to reschedule. I was pleased with the massage.
