  • I gave a 10/10 because overall guest experience was excellent. From the time I called to book my appt, to finished product and leaving. I couldn't be happier with my hair. It was evident that you intentionally put guest experience first. I felt like my stylist listened to me and what I wanted. Even though I'm almost positive he'd prefer to be doing short and funky hair :). He gave me exactly what I wanted.
