• I am so pleased that Tasha asked me every step of the way, through my new haircut, exactly what I wanted. She knew I was nervous and a bit overwhelmed with what to do ... so she communicated her ideas about what to do while simultaneously asking me what I wanted. And in the end I felt 100% better which was even more important than how fabulous she made me look!
