Love taking Paul's class . Hard class for me . No judgement and seems happy to see me each time
I'm new to yoga, and the class last night was awesome, even for folks like me who don't know anything about it. I could keep up, modify if necessary, and really feel the benefit from the deep stretches.
Everyone is just the best!
