Friendly staff, great practice
Sean teaches an excellent class. It's challenging, but he always gives options - both to increase complexity and to modify for injury or flexibility. He's a patient and an exceptional instructor.
Shawn is awesome, class was at capacity and he is always easy to accommodate and calm everyone. Plus, the class itself is always amazing
