Because Cory is the best yoga teacher I have ever had
I enjoyed the class. Helps with strength and flexibility. It was good for all levels.
The class was okay if you knew how to do yoga before hand which I have some knowledge, otherwise not a lot of instruction as to what each pose was. It could use some lavender essential oil to give it a better aroma.
