The teachers and their instruction are wonderful. I'm bringing a new friend to try it out this coming weekend
I love Debs hot vinyasa and all the beginner classes are also relaxing its just a great variaty of teachers and class times. Its rare to find classes in the middle of the day on weekends or weekdays so greatful for all the class times!
