This was my first time at this location and Deb was super inviting. The environment was peaceful, clean, and had plenty of space to sprawl out. I'm also relatively new to yoga and have had experiences where even the beginner classes were a bit advanced. This was a true beginner class. I noticed other folks adapting the poses to be more challenging but there was no pressure to do so. I had a wonderful experience and felt both relaxed and energized after. I will be back!
