There are classes for everyone and each class provides modifications to meet your own physical needs. The instructors are just amazing. They are very skilled, friendly and helpful. Great atmosphere!!

I would love to have more than 12" between me and the next person. I get that you want classes full but it's really tight. And people don't understand the dots.
