Christina is amazing! Received a much needed hour long Swedish massage with her and she did not disappoint!

To start, the staff has a HORRIBLE attitude problem. On multiple occasions I have shown up and waited 30 minutes for the "professional" to just not show up to provide service. The messages I have received, the therapist talked the entire time. Not relaxing in the least bit. Will not be returning

This place is so lovely . I actually had the best massage today that I have ever had from the therapist named Diego . He was professional, kind, and had healing hands. I will definitely return, and I highly recommend him, and this place.

I received two gift certificates for Christmas for two massages and two facials for myself and my daughter. Arrived at our appointment and the receptionist advised me that they failed to book the massage and the facial the same day made us come back for a second visit then charged us an additional $50 ... I definitely will not be going back.

Went to Honeycomb yesterday with a gift certificate for the honey massage and facial.

What I loved:
The decor is adorable, they utilize reusable eco-friendly items and the entire staff was friendly. The massages were decent, my husband got a Swedish and raved!

What I didn't like:
The noise and shaking from trains and trucks didn't set the most relaxing atmosphere. My biggest disappointment was the facial, which was done in the same dark room as my massage and the tech didn't even bring in a light to look at my face. It didn't take long to realize that was because she wasn't actually going to do anything beyond steam and apply product. A facial without extractions is basically paying someone $50 to rub face creams on for you. Staying you can't do extractions because you aren't a "dermatologist" is so lame.

Considering the quality of services for the price, I probably won't go back.

THEY DONT NEED MY BUSINESS SO THEY DONT NEED YOURS EITHER . After waiting a month to get a massage , they told me that my appointment has been cancelled . They said that I called to cancel but I did not . They offered me a 15% discount for the inconvenience which is laughable since you can get 10% off from Yelp to start with . And then even as I tried to reschedule , I have to wait another 2 weeks to get an appointment. There are other businesses hurting for clients . Their unprofessionalism will be their demise .

Highlights: Extremely friendly Staff and Masseuse, Clean and relaxing rooms, Reasonably priced, Easy to find and make appointment with ample parking and Post massage snack.

Can improve: The deep tissue massage was a little light handed.

Last visit in July 2015 and will definitely return.

I will not be returning after booking a 30 minute facial and the facial did not even last a full 30 minutes. My aesthetician basically washed my face for me, using a maximum of 4 products and never explained what she was using or why. $45 dollars later, a little over 20 minutes and a really unhappy customer. Ridiculous and I will never book another service here.

Jordan is a consummate professional without being unapproachable. He does good work and restored me to as close to limber as I get.
