• I felt very welcome, cared for, and safe during the pandemic. From the phone call when I arrived, to the health screening upon check in, to the smiles I received from all stylists while waiting and walking thru, to the time, patience, education, and warmth from Holly - the whole experience was comfortable and warm. • I've been a fan of The Hive for years. For this last visit: the front desk service was fabulous (above and beyond, always), my foil and cut was with Emily - my first appt with her - and it was a wonderful experience. She is awesome, and I'm really pleased with how my hair looks and feels. I also always enjoy my interactions with other stylists - even socially-distanced - aaaaand, seeing Jen's latest hair color! ❤️
