• I didn't have my hair cared for in the past 7 months, so I was so grateful to get a reminder of self care from their email. Then I got a notification that there was an opening available which again was so helpful. From the moment I called The Hive and made the appointment, to the interaction at check in for health screening, the first impression of greeting with a new-to-me-stylist (Hayley), to the awesome haircut, education, product knowledge and samples, and sanitation practices. I seriously love my haircut! Another thing I really appreciated about my experience with Hayley is her down to earth personality and she did not shame me for my lack of hair care practices. I will definitely continue to book my hair services at The Hive. I love the product lines they carry that are mindful of ingredients and I was explained when and how to use the products that are right for me without pressure to purchase. I'm excited to go back and get some of them.
