• Jes was awesome and helped me understand what went wrong at the previous salon I went to, Aveda and that I can definitely have my hair lightened, but to an extent. She was really nice and made me feel super comfortable! :)

• I like the Covid precautions, I like the warmth of the front desk staff, I like how my stylist asked for permission before touching me for our first couple appointments, and I like how often she checks in about what I'm thinking about the cut. Her prices are going up next month and I like how she asked if I still felt comfortable with them instead of trying to avoid the conversation entirely. Basically I like the Hive's values.

• Your excellent facility- your environmental concerns - your great Covid safety - MASKS- I love my stylist Frankie - but recently when she was too booked had color by Rizzo who was great too - but the reason she could do perfect color for me is your record keeping about color that can be accessed by other stylists
