• Spacing between chairs/stations for haircuts is tight, and not well lit. That said, 9/10 is still good! Enjoy the chair massage while getting hair washed, and upbeat feeling (music, colors).

• I saw Carlos and he was extremely nice and really listened to what I wanted done with my hair. His conversation felt very genuine and he even did my hair so I could go out on New Year's. He helped me pick product for my hair and said it will last me a long time instead of just trying to push product.
