Actually, I'd rate you a 9. My masseuse and esthetician were both amazing. But the mean girl up at the front was really rude. She was arguing with my esthetician in the lobby in front of customers which definitely disrupted the zen of the place, and I called like three times while she was up at the front with no answer. But while I was filling out my paperwork she was able to take a personal call and talk super loud for 10 minutes in the lobby.
