Patty is an excellent service provider. I have gone to her for years, but had stopped based on the past management of Hidden Spa. At that time, it seemed prices just kept increasing frequently at exorbitant rates, my appts. were frequently cancelled at the last minute, the spa did not have a welcoming atmosphere. All that seems to have improved with the new management. When I arrived yesterday, the spa was beautifully decorated with a warm welcoming vibe. It was sparkling clean and even seemed a bit "brighter". I met the new owner who was very gracious in taking a moment to stop and meet me and welcome me to the spa.
