It would depend on what I was being asked. Specifically, if a friend was commenting on lowering back pain, then I would certainly give the highest recommendation - "Go there"! If it was something else, then it would be more along the lines of, "You should consider this place. My lower back was causing me a lot of pain & they worked it out for me".
