The entire experience was really nice and I felt welcomed from the time I entered the door up to when I left. The front desk receptionist was really nice and friendly and my therapist, Dillyn, was superb!

My massage was great. You may normally have a room where people can wait that could be closed due to covid. When I get a massage, I like to have time before torelax in a group room (preferably with champagne) and a robe and slippers.
