Julian gave me the best deep tissue massage I have ever had. He was an 11. He is terrific in customizing my experience and he was pleasant to be around.
I rated a 9 because I would suggest having robes and slippers for guests with "multiple" services. I would also have tea and coffee for guests and water with lemons or cucumbers. Coming to your spa from a five star hotel doesn't feel continuous.
Finally G was very nice, however her touch is too light. I asked her three different times to apply a bit more pressure on the massage part of the experience, but she didn't do anything different. I rated the facial a five. Now my husband on the other hand absolutely loved it and would rate her a 10. So for people that like her style she is perfect. But for those that want something a little different she doesn't adapt very well. (And just so you understand, my expectation wasn't a deep tissue massage from G.)
Overall a great experience and we would come back. Thank you!!!!!!!
