The class was just what I needed! It was thoughtfully put together. Relaxing into restorative yoga and letting my self be taken care of was exactly what I needed at the end of a hard day.

I like the variety of different class types available to meet the needs for every level. Also, the variety with the class times allows me to work it around my schedule. The instructor quality and diversity is also great. Each instructor brings their own flair but with equal quality. I can honestly say I've never had a negative experience with any class.
